We use calculation software such as CYPE and others. This way, we achieve agility and accuracy in the CTE memoranda data to justify any submission of basic or execution project.

HOW MAY TYPES OF REPORTS EXIST?

Each type of project responds to different needs, whether it's for the client, the space, or functionality, directly impacting the content of the descriptive memorandum.

Even with individual characteristics, we have some more common types of descriptive memoranda:

  • Residential - details materials, construction techniques, and other relevant information for project execution;
  • Commercial - similar to residential but with additional information related to the commercial aspect, existing infrastructure, constraints, and other precautions to be taken;
  • Remodeling - details materials, construction techniques, elements to be demolished, constructed, and those remaining unchanged;
  • Demolition - outlines the procedures to be adopted for property demolition, safety processes, and debris disposal;
  • Structural - provides details about materials, construction techniques for the development of the structural part, potentially including foundations;
  • Installations - outlines materials and procedures for electrical, plumbing, gas, telephone, and other property installations.
